Affordability is assessed on earned,
investment and rental income and other assets.
Employment status:
employed or self-employed, but we are only able to arrange mortgages
for the self employed (this includes company directors who own more than
20% of the shareholding of a company) if they are able to provide 3
complete years of audited accounts from a reputable accountant.
