UK property for Non-UK Residents (Expats and Foreign nationals)

Minimum loan: £50k (Sterling) £100k (Foreign Currency)

Maximum term: 25 years or retirement age whichever is the sooner

Maximum loan to value ratio: 80%

Affordability is assesses on earned, investment and rental income and other assets.

Employment status: Applicant must be employed; we regret we are not able to arrange mortgages for the self employed (this includes company directors who own more than 20% of the shareholding of a company.
