Whether you are a private individual or business person overseas, or someone working from home, sailing in the Med, or you just need a "private" address for a secure mailbox (poste restante or mail forwarding and Fedex), we are pleased to offer the following services in London to overseas and UK clients.

For private and business clients, we  offer mailbox services at prestigious addresses in London (Kensington, Mayfair).  In addition Telephone/ fax (London numbers only), voicemail (London numbers only), live telephone answering  (London numbers only) and other office services.

You will also be asked to send Original/Photocopy/Fax or Scan of:

 

1.  Passport or Driving Licence with photo

2.  A Credit/Storecard/Utility bill showing name and address

3.  For Companies: Certificate of Incorporation

 

   

6 Service Options

Option 1: Mailbox Only

  • Private and secure mailbox

  • Fax bureau - fax number including receipt and storage of incoming faxes

    Stainless steel private and secure mailboxes are available at both locations. Boxes may be rented on a quarterly, half yearly or annual basis. This includes one key per box. Each box has a unique number, enabling the client to give out their own prestigious address.

    Clients may access their mail during the hours that the site is open, which may vary according to location. Any mail or package addressed to the client and received by the company is sorted into the relevant mailbox on a daily basis. Any item too large for the mailbox will be stored separately and the client notified.

    This service is available as often as specified. Royal Mail. Express Couriers or International Express Couriers are also available*.

    • Message retrieval from any touchtone telephone or mobile phone 24 hours a day

Option 3: Live Answering

  • Dedicated local telephone number which is answered on the client's behalf

  • Call forwarding to client's voicemail Virtual Office

Via a proprietary telephone system, all clients are allocated their own dedicated central London 0207 telephone number which is answered on their behalf, in their preferred style by our staff. The call or messages are then forwarded to the client's voicemail which can be retrieved by the client 24 hours a day from any touchtone phone.

Both land and mobile telephone numbers can be forwarded to the customer's live answering number.

This service will greatly enhance the ability of clients to conveniently and easily remain in contact with people they wish to hear from wherever they are.

You can purchase Live Answering as part of other services or on a 'stand alone' basis.
