Our page "Why go Offshore" gives descriptions of some of the many uses for offshore companies and the structure and application of Trusts is described on our page Trusts.    An Offshore company - sometimes called an 'International Business Company [IBC] - can be used for self-employment, marketing overseas, trading, Wealth Protection (Asset Protection), Wealth Management and Asset Enhancement, property ownership and yacht registration.

We are pleased to have a relationship with a firm in Cyprus for the incorporation of international business companies with all the professional services that a client may require.  As these are a more complex structure than the jurisdictions below, each incorporation will be priced according to the services required.   Please click through to our Cyprus page to read more about it and to send an enquiry.

On the list of popular jurisdictions:

  • the "Price" is inclusive of the incorporation of the offshore company and the first year's registered office, registered agent, local government fees and courier charges.   NO UNEXPECTED EXTRAS!

  • the "Renewal" fees are due annually to maintain the offshore company's "active" status and include the statutory annual government fees, registered office, registered agent and admin fees.

Email us for an order form and list two or three company names in order of preference for the jurisdiction of your choice, so we may check availability before you order, and avoid disappointment -    Contact us

USA companies

The most popular US company is the LLC - Limited Liability Company - which differs fundamentally from the more common Limited Company (company limited by shares) - which UK companies and International Business Companies usually are - in that it does not have 'directors' and 'shareholder's as such, but has 'Members' who both own and run the company.   The LLC has a pass-through tax status in that the Members, not the company, are taxable for the company's profits.  Please follow this link to our US companies page.

For UK residents see our page 'UK Tax Residents'.

We recommend that clients seek local professional advice on the possible tax implications deriving from their particular place of residence or domicile.  For UK residents we will be pleased to recommend a tax adviser.
