Wyoming is the 44th State of the United States of America entering the Union in July 1890.  Known as the "Equality State", being the first government to grant female suffrage in 1869, Wyoming straddles the Rocky Mountains in the North-West of the United States, to the East of Idaho.  The capital, Cheyenne, takes its name from the famous tribe of native American Indians.  Being economically dependant mostly on mining and farming, Wyoming seems an unlikely State for offshore incorporation.  However, for non- U.S. Citizens/residents not conducting any business in the U.S.A., a non-resident Wyoming LLC should have no U.S. tax liability.
